for the 2013-2014 After School Programs Register by May 24 to Hold Your Spot. It’s not too late to register for the fall After School Programs at all public elementary schools.
However, to allow us to accurately prepare (and hire staff) for fall programs, we need families who plan to enroll their students to do so by May 24. Students registered by May 24 will have an allocated space in the fall. We cannot guarantee availability for students registering after May 24 Registration forms are available at the YMCA (and in the files folder below). Families must return all completed forms and fees directly to the YMCA. Any applicants interested in financial aid for After School Programs should contact Douglas County at 715-395-1304 to apply for Child Care Assistance. Applicants who do not qualify for County Child Care Assistance - who have demonstrated financial and after school childcare needs - may apply for limited financial aid through the After School Programs ASP Aid Applications are available online (in the files folder below) and by contacting Nicky Wilson at (715) 394-8740, ext. 156. All households are expected to contribute to the cost of the program for their participating students. |
